PIG physical cleaning technology:
       PIG cleaning technology is not a single technology, which includes on-site tracking and transmitting and receiving PIG technology. The technology to achieve safe and efficient long-distance line cleaning for various types of pipelines, with advantages such as good quality cleaning, no damage to the pipeline, no corrosion, and so on. Our efficient combination pig has obtained national patent, it can dramatically increase cleaning efficiency when it can be applied in cleaning operation.  PIG cleaning system contains PIG head, transmitters, receivers, pressure-testing device, PIG cleaning head positioning device, the power resource and pushing media and so on.
 
       Pigging has been used for many years to clean larger diameter pipelines in the oil industry. Today, however, the use of smaller diameter pigging systems is now increasing in many continuous and batch process plants as plant operators search for increased efficiencies.
Pigging can be used for almost any section of the transfer process between, for example, blending, storage or filling systems. Pigging systems are already installed in industries handling products as diverse as lubricating oils, paints, chemicals, toiletries, and foodstuffs.

       Cleaning PIG is normally inserted into target pipeline by a launcher that is also driven by flowing medium. When cleaning PIG is moving forward inside the pipeline, the Pig’s head will generate friction between its surface and residues, thus, this force will effectively remove all residues that adhere inside of pipeline. Appropriate pushing source is a critical factor that PIG can be well driven inside the pipeline, thus water, air, oil and pipeline transmission fluids can be used as a media source of power. 
       
       PIG cleaning technology compared with other cleaning technology, which is characterized by simple operation, clean larger diameter pipeline, long pipe cleaning, and less labor required, high cleaning speed, no pollution, and good security.

       High-pressure water jet cleaning technology: Scaling can be on the wall, metal oxides, and other fixtures removal, good cleaning quality. High-pressure water jet cleaning technology has the following advantages: wide range of applications, not only to clean the pipeline, but also for industrial equipment (such as heat exchangers, boilers, towers, tanks, etc.) cleaning; no corrosion on the pipeline equipment, not pollution of the environment, easy to handle sewage generated.
