A, the general chemical cleaning
Chemical cleaning is the use of general chemicals and certain process to conduct rust, coal, residue removal for all kinds of industrial equipments, pipe and vessels, etc. Company has engaged in oil field water supply network of the chemical cleaning, cleaning of distillation tower’s coke, and the long pipeline chemical cleaning where flowing medium oil changes to gas. We have developed inhibitors, multi-functional inhibitor, two-phase type of crude oil cleaning products, it can apply on different equipments, and we will provide appropriate constructive technology for different pipeline to achieve the best cleaning effect.
B, Steel pre-cleaning
System equipment raw steel, steel, stainless steel can generate rolling skin, when these formed in the rolling mill; equipment in the manufacturing, storage and transportation and installation process will form rust, welding slag. And during anti-corrosion coating on the steel phase, rust inhibitor, dust, sand, cement, insulation materials and other impurities will be mixed within it. With the increase in the capacity of the equipment from the steel pipe, steel factory, equipment manufacturing, storage and transportation, installation to final commissioning of the time required is becoming longer, increasing the weld spots, increase the heating surface, the above rolled skin, rust, welding slag, rust, sediment, and other impurities, have increased.
Therefore, new equipment should not only conduct oil removal processing, but also for chemical cleaning. With the corrosion technology, metal equipment in the chemical cleaning process of corrosion damage has been reduced to a very low level; the final passivation will help reducing corrosion of equipment. In addition, when compared with the pickling, rolling scales, oxide skin rust, silt, welding slag, rust and oil and coating equipment operation may cause accidents that are more dangerous. After the chemical cleaning, metal surface will be very clean, which has faster production of qualified products, the economic benefits derived therefrom plants will greatly exceed the investment costs of cleaning.
