At 12:20 on May 7, 2108, the Graf Oilfield Water Injection Pipeline in Iraq successfully crossing the pipeline, which breaks the record of the longest distance of PE pipe lining and crossing over the years.
The HDPE pipe lined high-pressure water injection project in Graf Oilfield, Iraq is an EPC project contracted by CPP. We provide HDPE pipe lining technical services for the new pipelines. The total length of the pipeline is 26.19km, the design pressure is 21Mpa, the testing pressure is 27Mpa, and the starting time is October 2017.
As most of the construction sites are marshes, there are many rains in the near future, many of the roads are flooded, heavy-duty equipment and vehicles cannot reach the construction area, all the equipment must be pulled into the vicinity of the operation pit by an excavator. In response to this situation, with the joint efforts of the project leader Fan Jiachun and the entire project staffs, various difficulties were overcome. The tube was successfully crossed at 12:20 on May 7, 2108. The longest distance of the tube was 2030m, breaking the company's many years record of the longest distance since the PE pipe lined, gain the company leaders and owners highly praise!
