Global economic recession currently, industry develops slowly. But there are some employees still continuously improve their knowledge and skills. We found some excellent senior staffs and some junior. Let’s know them well.
Qian Yong-jun: Male, 36 years old, college educated, professional and business administration; professional titles: engineer, second degree construction engineer (construction), the current position of the Sudan branch manager.
Qian Yong-jun joined our company in October 2008 .working as a technician in the beginning ,first time as a team leader which was successful completion for the Zibo City Ceramic pipeline repair project in 2009. the fourth North China Oilfield Oil Production Plant liner repair project, due to the performance of positive, active, conscientious, promoted him to project manager.
During 2012 to August 2013, he was responsible for oil and gas in a power plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company, as the new water filtration system pipe network renovation project he was project manager and final Commander for other four projects, that was trenchless technology first times used in Jilin petrochemical, the whole project was schedule, quality, quantity to complete the construction tasks, the company was rated as excellent project manager. While Jilin Petrochemical achieved good economic benefits, access to the Party acknowledged and awarded the Jilin Petrochemical Company Project of the Year Award.
In April 2010, according to the construction Qian yongjun responsible for fusion welding experience and reference standards in Germany and the United States revised standard << lined with HDPE pipe butt fusion welding procedures >>, this has become the most authoritative construction welding procedures in our company.
Jiayongzhen, Male, 30 years old, now serves as project manager of HDD department. Mr.Jia works diligently since joined the company in 2010, he was awarded as annual outstanding employee in 2014 and 2015. Through personal efforts and professional organization for each project he has participated, he was acknowledged both by company leaders and clients.
Li enke, male, 31 years old, now works as maintenance team leader of pipeline technical department. He was promoted to the position in 2012, and participated Ghana natural gas project in 2014 and Yongtaiwen pressure-testing project in 2015. With professional knowledge and year of experience, equipment maintenance was secured for project operation.
Liuguanjie, male, 31 years old, worked as marketing manager in rehabilitation department since 2015. He spent utmost energy on the bidding works of <Water supply pipeline rehabilitation project of zou county power plant>, contract price amounting to 137 million.
