Completion of West-East gas transmission pipeline (line 3)
Pigging & pressure-testing Project
Recently, West-East gas transmission pipeline (line 3) Pigging & pressure-testing
Project Contracted by ZTPE was successfully completed. Our company placed great
importance to this project, （HK061～HL219+2）φ1219×18.4/22/27.5/32mm,
which locates at Ruijin city. We prepared practical construction proposal and related
emergency plan considering project construction environment, location and project
characteristics such as largediameter, long distance, elevation gap, less water source,
hard environment adjacent to mountain area etc.
Through establishment of project department and branch department, which in
charge of responsible sections respectively, construction works was carried out
smoothly with support of professional management and technical personnel.
With respect to construction methods and flow process, we deployed advanced
equipment and instruments. Water pumps with high head and flow rate were
connected and utilized for water filling.
Leading by project manager, Mr.Bian ruikai, all construction personnel worked
together and successfully completed site construction works. Our efforts are
unanimously acknowledged by EPC department, consultant and commissioning company.
